  • Place ~200 cold outbound calls daily to targeted UK industries to generate opportunities for our Business Development Executives.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on target markets and lead qualification.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and activities (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Develop relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups to keep them engaged.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage prospects.
  • Sales skills: Familiar with cold calling, consultative selling, and lead qualification.
  • Tech savviness: Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot); LinkedIn Sales Navigator knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-motivated: Results-driven; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management: Strong organisational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-ups.
