📋 Description

• Lead sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
• Target crypto-native and financial services accounts
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Business Development
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Develop prospect, territory, and account plans
• Maintain Fireblocks CRM and sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise software or institutional sales experience
• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or crypto preferred
• Proven track record of over-achievement
• Entrepreneurial, proactive hunter with team-selling experience
• Ability to prospect and work in a fast-paced environment
