🎯 Requirements

8+ years in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles.
Experience with FX desks, crypto liquidity providers, or asset custody for institutions.
Strong network across Middle East institutional FX desks and crypto funds.
Proven track record of owning revenue and meeting targets.
Self-starter with ability to build a territory from scratch.
