• Support RFI responses using content from the RFI database.
• Collaborate with Business Development to tailor responses.
• Write and edit RFI submissions with clear business language.
• Maintain RFI content database with new materials.
• Review content for accuracy and relevance regularly.
• Participate in proposal and commercial team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field with relevant experience.
• 2+ years in clinical research/CRO RFI management or content management.
• Excellent written communication and polished business content.
• Strong attention to detail and document quality.
• Analytical skills for graphs, charts, tables, and presentations.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple requests.
