Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery calls with prospects across data engineering, ML, analytics, and AI
• Design and present ML/AI system architectures live with clients — including RAG, agentic workflows
• Translate business problems into scoped engagements: define approaches, risks, effort, and
• Serve as the deal-side technical authority, defending architectural choices and pushing back on
• Build technical proposals, reference architectures, and PoC plans to win deals and enable delivery.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and technical context transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total professional engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility.
• 3+ years hands-on as a Senior Engineer in AI/ML/Data Engineering or related production-focused role.
• Demonstrable expertise in machine learning system design and end-to-end ML/AI systems.
• Deep practical experience with GenAI/LLM systems, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks, and
• Broad fluency across the data stack: pipelines, warehouses/lakehouses, feature stores, and
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication for executive
