Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical pre-sales relationships and guidance on architecture
• Demonstrate product, resolve obstacles, build customer trust
• Act as SME for full product suite including Dashboard and API integration
• Provide end-to-end IoT expertise: hardware selection, embedded systems, device certifications
• Drive technical issue resolution during pre-sales, testing, and pilots
• Maintain expertise in IoT technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building/deploying embedded systems or IoT devices
• Expertise in cellular connectivity, certifications, AT commands, radio modules, modems
• Background in IoT professional services or consulting
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, UDP networking
• Track record selling complex technical, developer-facing products
• Comfortable enterprise sales cycles with MAPs and launch guidance
