Sales Engineer (Bay Area)

📋 Description

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams
• Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs and guiding evaluations
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based apps
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, roadmaps
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developers
• Role requires 40% travel to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software/cust eng)
• Strong Python and JavaScript and systems fundamentals
• Designed agent-based or LLM-powered apps beyond simple API calls
• Work directly with customers during POCs and reviews
• Explain tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developers
• Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
