🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related roles.
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED methodologies.
  • Experience building onboarding and ramp programs with measurable impact.
  • Salesforce and enablement tools (Highspot, Workramp, Articulate) experience.
  • Excellent instructional design and content development skills.
  • Collaborates with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and HR.
