📋 Description

• Role to drive sales via distributor partners
• Own local market execution and in-store presence
• Collaborate with distributors and key buyers
• Track distributor performance and forecast demand
• Lead brand storytelling and promotions in retail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
• 4+ years regional sales or distributor partner mgmt
• 2+ years in South Texas beverage industry preferred
• VIP, Karma, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong data analysis and reporting (IRI, Nielsen)
• Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal
