🎯 Requirements

5+ years in professional sales with a proven SaaS or B2B track record.
Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and its hiring challenges.
Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with institutional clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in recruitment technology or HR-tech is highly preferred.
