  • 5+ years of professional sales experience with a proven SaaS or B2B track record.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto industry landscape and its hiring challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in recruitment technology or HR-tech is highly preferred.
