📋 Description

• Lead and manage Design Consultants to meet revenue goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with GM and Operations to optimize process flow and customer service.
• Schedule monthly sales meetings and coordinate with head office.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and drive strategy.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage and data quality.
• Oversee talent hiring and performance improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in sales or sales management (industry experience a plus).
• Proven sales coach with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting; CAD experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer experience and design fundamentals knowledge.
• Experience leading commission-based sales teams highly preferred.
