Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with the Design Consultants
• Collaborate with GM and Operations to ensure process flow
• Lead a team of Design Consultants to meet revenue targets
• Maintain data quality and CRM usage across the team
• Analyze sales data to address opportunities
• Coordinate monthly Sales Meetings and speakers

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in sales or sales management preferred
• Proven sales coach and mentor
• Strong conflict resolution and comms skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Customer experience focus; CAD experience a plus
• Experience leading commission-only sales team is highly preferred
