Sales Manager BESS - South-East Europe (d/f/m)

📋 Description

• Drive regional business development in SEA Europe incl Bulgaria, Greece, Ukraine
• Own full sales cycle from lead gen to contract and delivery
• Develop regional sales plans aligned to revenue targets
• Build pipeline with forecasting and risk monitoring
• Collaborate with PV teams for integrated PV + BESS solutions
• Represent company at events and with partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/International/Engineering or related
• 3–7 years in sales/BD in PV/BESS or renewables
• Strong understanding of BESS tech: battery storage, PCS, EMS
• Experience with EPCs, developers, project owners
• Fluent English (C1+) and Bulgarian/Russian/Ukrainian/Greek
• Willingness to travel frequently in SE Europe
