📋 Description

Drive regional business development for South-East Europe
Own full sales cycle: lead gen to contract closure
Develop regional sales plans aligned to targets
Maintain high-quality sales pipeline and forecasting
Collaborate with PV sales and HQ teams on solutions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Business or related field
3–7 years in sales/business dev in PV/BESS/renewables
Strong BESS, PCS, EMS knowledge
Experience with EPCs, developers, or utility-scale projects
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
Fluent English; 1+ language among Bulgarian/Russian/Ukrainian/Greek
