🎯 Requirements

5+ years enterprise sales experience selling complex solutions.
Team player with global collaboration across offices, roles and cultures.
Analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercial mindset.
Strong execution in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Experience selling into retail/hospitality/e-commerce or payments-focused sectors.
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Energetic, network-driven, hands-on attitude.
