📋 Description

• Lead inside sales team of 8 Mid Market AEs in UK&I
• Drive deal progression, negotiation, and quota attainment
• Coordinate with Marketing, Growth and Ops to ensure lead quality
• Hire, coach, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team
• Model Samsara culture and customer-obsessed mindset
• Identify growth opportunities across the UK&I market

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years managing a team (preferred)
• Deep Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC knowledge
• Strong strategic problem-solving and project management
• Proven track record of overachievement, including outbounding coaching
• Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion
