📋 Description

• Lead and grow Miter's West Coast Sales Team
• Coach and manage 6–8 Account Executives in defined territories
• Participate in field activities: ride-alongs, site visits, events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Utilize CRM data to forecast pipelines and report on productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership in field/territory sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and developing reps
• Direct field sales experience and territory development
• Strong coaching, entrepreneurial mindset, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within the West Coast
