📋 Description

• Own end-to-end inbound sales process from first touch to close.
• Configure and improve CRM (Bitrix24): pipelines, fields, workflows.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate tasks and enrich data.
• Own email marketing architecture: sequences, segmentation, triggers.
• Build lead-gen automations: prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment.
• Ensure data quality and reporting across sales tools for clear leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, or growth engineering.
• Hands-on CRM configuration; migrate/adapt platforms (Bitrix24 a plus).
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Systematic thinker; document processes and close gaps without hand-holding.
• Automation bias; automate repeated tasks rather than manual work.
• Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus.
