  • Startup experience with a US-based company is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and metrics
  • Data-driven; translate data into decisions
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
  • Independent project management (GSD)
  • Excel, SQL and Salesforce CRM proficiency
