Sales Operations Analyst (m/f/d) - Warsaw

📋 Description

• Support sales incentive and compensation programs via analysis, modelling, and payouts
• Analyze commission structures, quotas, accelerators, and incentives
• Coordinate commissions calculations, payout validation, and reconciliations
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring sales reporting
• Manage short-term incentives, sales contests, and launch incentives end-to-end
• Act as key user for sales ops and commission systems (Forma AI, Tableau, CRM)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Analytics with ops experience
• Strong Excel, data modelling, and payout reporting skills
• Good understanding of sales incentives, commissions, quotas, and calculations
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and CRM systems (Forma AI or similar)
• High attention to detail with large volumes of operational data
• Clear communicator who can explain data and outputs to stakeholders
