Drive sales initiatives aligned to market realities and targets
Identify, quantify, act on sales trends and performance gaps using data analysis
Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools
Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers
Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)

🎯 Requirements

Experience in Management Consulting or Sales Strategy & Ops or fast-paced scale-up
SQL knowledge; experience with GSheets and data manipulation
CRM experience is a plus
Excellent organization and communication skills
Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus
