Sales Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support sales productivity and CRM administration
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and processes
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Manage user setup, permissions, roles, and config
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on data and reporting
• Provide end-user Salesforce support and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM Admin
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience; certification nice-to-have
• Excellent Excel skills; dashboards in Tableau
• Experience with revenue tools such as Outreach, Attention, RevenueHero
• Strong analytical, data quality, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
