📋 Description

• Support Spanish-speaking prospective customers via phone and email during onboarding.
• Explain products and application steps clearly, without giving legal/regulatory advice.
• Contribute to assisted-conversion initiatives (waitlists, recovery, product education).
• Capture feedback and journey friction to influence Product, Growth and Operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and regulatory-compliant activity records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance to improve launch and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience supporting or selling to small businesses in financial services, SaaS or similar.
• Ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions and explain complex topics simply.
• Organised and able to manage multiple conversations with attention to detail.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments and open to shaping processes.
• Good judgement with ability to know when to escalate.
