Sales Operations Executive (support HK and MY markets)

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between Commercial, Finance and Sales teams in APAC.
• Support day-to-day Inside Sales activities for Hong Kong and Malaysia markets.
• Assist with updating decks with NIQ branding; ensure client-ready content.
• Manage CRM records for sales reps; ensure accuracy.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and insights for sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals; ensure timely billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years in a similar role; FMCG experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Cantonese helpful for APAC markets.
• Open to fresh graduates with client servicing/vendor liaising internships.
• Strong communication; cross-country collaboration experience.
