📋 Description

• Own and evolve the sales operating system
• Lead sales systems and technology strategy with Salesforce at center
• Drive pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance management

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Sales or Revenue Ops, SaaS preferred
• Deep Salesforce expertise, CRM architecture and data quality
• Forecasting, pipeline mgmt, analytics, quotas, comp plans
• Strong analytical skills, independent cross-functional work
