Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support GTM growth through strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute GTM strategies for EMEA.
• Define and deliver key analytics and metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewals, and QBRs with insights.
• Plan GTM annually: quota, territory, headcount, cross-functional support.
• Develop strategic insights to drive GTM efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of Sales Operations experience.
• Strong business acumen with ability to derive insights.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
