Backlog prioritization coordination and process improvements
Collaborate with DT and stake holders on incidents, root causes, and resolutions
Present findings to senior management for strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

Experience in sales operations (3+ years, B2B preferred)
Strong written/editing and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Understanding of quoting processes/tools
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
Experience integrating AI into work processes is a plus
