Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze pipeline, deals, and performance trends to support forecast accuracy
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and recurring sales reports
• Prepare executive materials translating results into actionable insights
• Support quota and scenario modeling by analyzing productivity and coverage
• Improve forecast cadence through data validation and reporting governance
• Maintain CRM and reporting integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing Operations, or similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and deliver high-quality output with urgency and attention to detail
