Sales & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage inbound/outbound leads from first contact to deal closure
• Be the main point of contact for customers and key accounts
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions to drive revenue
• Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally
• Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline, pricing coordination
• Collaborate with operations teams, carriers, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales and key account management (B2B/logistics/automotive/SaaS/marketplace)
• Ability to independently manage full sales cycle (outreach, follow-ups, closing)
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese
• Strong negotiation skills
• CRM systems experience and pipeline management
