📋 Description

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and managers
• Design task, queue, and report experiences for consistent workflows across pods
• Build a manager inspection layer to monitor adoption on a defined cadence
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires with ramp milestones
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts
• Re-architect broken workflows for GTM Systems to build against

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a stakeholder or program owner through a CRM or systems implementation in a B2B SaaS
• Ability to identify and fix broken workflows and design concrete solutions
• Strong Salesforce and GTM systems knowledge to brief a systems team precisely
• Experience running onboarding/training cohorts end-to-end
• Comfort delivering training sessions and office hours to field reps
• Daily use of AI-native tools and dogfooding own product
