  • Own and maintain HubSpot/Salesforce CRM as source of truth for pipeline
  • Ensure leads, deals, and pipeline stages are accurate and up to date
  • Track inbound and outbound leads and routing, enrichment, and follow-up
  • Support proposal and sales material development (decks, case studies, scopes)
  • Build and improve sales processes, workflows, and automations
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reporting for leadership

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related role
  • Experience in a B2B agency, GTM team, or high-growth startup preferred
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • High attention to detail and clean data
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
