  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (SaaS/healthcare).
  • Familiarity with CRM governance, data quality, and MDM.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, and automation (Flow/Process Builder).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Outreach).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, accuracy, and organization.
