  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for new logo acquisition (Search/Chatbot)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, outbound, and mapping
  • Demo products, craft proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and events to generate leads
  • Partner with Account Directors to identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Bring deep product expertise to conversations, driving value and adoption

  • 3+ years SaaS/enterprise sales in CX, AI, or conversational platforms
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and expansion selling
  • Deep understanding of chatbots, automation workflows, or support platforms
  • Ability to articulate business value to executives and technical stakeholders
  • Hunter mindset, self-driven, and able to manage complex deal cycles
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills a plus
