🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Senior EA, Chief of Staff, Program Manager, or EBP supporting senior leaders.
Residency in Spain; remote position.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience with OPEX budget management and travel expense compliance.
Sales operations and pipeline acumen; ability to nudge teams for deliverables.
Tech-savvy with AI synthesis tools (Copilot, Otter, Gemini, Claude) for notes and workflows.
