🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
