Sales Recruiting Specialist

📋 Description

• Make high-volume outbound calls to loan officers to generate interest.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the main recruiter or hiring manager.
• Follow a structured outreach script while adapting to candidate responses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to optimize outreach strategies and meet weekly activity targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of outbound dialing experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or similar.
• Strong sales competencies, including objection handling, lead qualification, and persuasive communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and minimal accent.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-making over the phone.
• Experience with CRMs and managing detailed candidate or lead records.
• Bachelors Degree or comparable work experience in sales and recruiting services

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: ₱70,000 - ₱80,000 per month.
• Night shift available (US Eastern time).
• Remote work from the Philippines.
