Sales representative Debt Collection

📋 Description

• Actively identify and acquire new clients for Coface Debt Collection.
• Generate and qualify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present Coface solutions and conduct meetings with prospects.
• Prepare tailored offers, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the Debt Collection portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher vocational) with 3-4+ years experience in Economics/Business or
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Slovenian; Croatian/Serbian is a plus.
• Very good MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Native Slovenian with permanent residency in Slovenia.
