Own new logo acquisition and drive opportunities to win revenue.
Serve as first point of contact to customers and build relationships.
Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize experience.
Learn product changes to benefit customers.
Participate in full sales cycle from interest to closed-won.
Engage with leads from North America and globally when needed.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of direct SaaS sales experience (UCaaS/CCaaS preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent English (read/write/speak).
High emotional IQ and energetic, eager to learn.
Strong communication; experience with Salesforce, VoIP, and Outreach a plus.
G-Suite experience; able to work in a hybrid setup and US core hours.
