📋 Description

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product
• Continue to build client relationships and execute on selling initiatives across the store
• Maintain effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and initiatives
• Move dynamically around the retail floor to meet business and guest needs
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure strong store operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate staff
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift
• Directly oversee the Sales & Service team and execute company directives
