🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision-making capabilities; direct oversight of associates and cashiers.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching for team growth.
• Excellent time management and ability to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends.
