📋 Description

• Lead exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Ensure store coverage and execute selling initiatives for business results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Visual, and Store Leaders to meet targets.
• Move dynamically on the floor to address guest and business needs.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service staff and cashiers, including recruitment and development.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to move, lift, and stand for a shift; comfortable with moving up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work opening/closing/weekends and peak holiday periods
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional training across teams
