📋 Description

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by using metrics to support growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Move on retail floor to address business, team, and guest needs
• Directly oversee store operations and personnel; recruit and develop talent
