📋 Description

• Lead guest experience on the floor with product education and service focus
• Maintain strong sales floor coverage and selling initiatives
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimize operations and guest flow
• Move dynamically to address business, team, and guest needs
• Directly oversee Sales & Service associates; recruit and develop talent
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute store directives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; move around store
• Stand/move for entire shift; flexible with schedule
• Direct supervision of sales team and operations responsibilities
