📋 Description

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers and move business forward on the retail
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage with selling initiatives and workforce planning.
• Move dynamically around store to address business, team, and guest needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Visual Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making and talent development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and move around the store as needed.
• Availability to work opening/closing shifts and peak holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday through
