📋 Description

• Lead store sales & guest experience initiatives with General Manager.
• Manage daily operations on floor and back of house; ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest connections and product education.
• Partner to build and execute store strategy, staffing, and scheduling.
• Protect operational efficiency and represent brand in meetings with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop talent.
• Ability to lead a team, build client relationships, and drive sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, expenses, and business data (metrics).
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partners; aligns with brand principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
