📋 Description

• Oversee key operational and visual processes in-store.
• Manage inventory, labor planning and scheduling to drive store efficiency.
• Lead visual execution and in-store standards to ensure customer readiness.
• Partner with General Manager to address process gaps and escalate issues.
• Monitor metrics, budget, and data to inform planning and weekly schedules.
• Represent the store in cross-functional collaboration to meet KPI targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail leadership experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and store systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties in-store.
• Agile, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Evidence of people leadership and KPI-driven results.
