• Lead store guest experience and sales strategy with GM
• Manage on-floor guest connections and product education
• Oversee Sales & Service team, coaching and development
• Partner on budget, expenses, and sales planning
• Own scheduling, merchandising and store execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, data-driven decision making
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
