📋 Description

• Lead store operations and guest experience strategy
• Oversee Sales & Service team on floor and back of house
• Build and execute sales initiatives and staffing plans
• Partner with GM to maximize guest connection and product education
• Represent the business in meetings with cross-functional teams
• Ensure scheduling, budgeting and reporting align with targets

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Lead a team with coaching and performance feedback
• Work on opening/closing weekends; willing to work during blackout period
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment
