• Lead in-store Sales & Service to hit targets and guest experience.

• Represent the business in meetings; partner with GM to drive goals.
• Ensure effective floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience leading teams; coaching and scheduling.
• Agile mindset; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, accountable with strong time management.
